To participate in this Contest, you must, during the Contest Period, enter by subscribing to the Earl Campbell’s Sausage newsletter (the “Entry”). Existing newsletter subscribers will automatically be entered into the Contest and do not need to take further action. By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
All entries must be received by 11:59 PM Central Time on Thursday, February 5, 2026. The Promoter will randomly select one (1) winner on Friday, February 6, 2026, and the winner will be notified via email on or after this date.
Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry. Employees of Earl Campbell’s Sausage, its parent company, and affiliates are not eligible. Only one entry per person is permitted; multiple entries or duplicate subscriptions will not increase chances of winning and may result in disqualification.
The Promoter will not be liable for lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or otherwise invalid entries. Proof of identity and eligibility may be required. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or higher value.
By entering, participants agree to receive promotional emails from Earl Campbell’s Sausage. Existing subscribers will continue to receive communications per their subscription preferences. Personal data will only be used for contest administration and will not be shared with third parties except for prize fulfillment. The winner’s name may be announced in the Earl Campbell’s Sausage newsletter and on its social media profiles.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the contest may be canceled, terminated, modified, or suspended without notice.
